What is The Range’s returns policy?
The Range lets you return items back to them for a full refund within 28 days of first receiving the item. You can make returns in store or by post. In store returns should be items bought in store or smaller items that were bought online. For return by post you will need to get in contact with the Customer Care team at The Range first, so the return is authorised. Once the return is authorised, you can print your label off and return the item to your nearest drop off point.
