The Body Shop was one of the UK’s first cosmetic companies to ‘Go Natural’ featuring a wide range of cosmetics that are sourced from Fair Trade farmers around the world and not tested on animals.
The products range from face, body, hair, make-up, fragrance and gifts; with their best sellers including their Ginger Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, their Shea Nourishing Body Butter, and their Hemp Hand Protector.
An easy way to search for a favourable scent, customers can use the websites “Range” tab, to search for recurring scents, similar to your favourite product, such as Almond Milk and Honey, Hemp, and Peppermint.
The Body Shop offer tips and advice for certain skin and hair types, that allow customers to find the product that will suit their needs best!
Customers are able to order their items online and can expect their items delivered within 3-5 working days (standard delivery), or they can order and collect instore for free.
In the sad times where customers have to return an item (which is very rare!) they can do so within 28 days of purchase.
To make gift shopping even easier, customers can browse gifts online by product type such as Secret Santa or Spa & Pamper, by occasion, by price, or by recipient! Also, for every 500 points earned through purchases at The Body Shop, the retailer provides £5 worth to spend, which can be used instore or donated to a charity.
